This Mardi Gras-style evening of dining, dancing, silent auction, and casino fun benefits OLPH, Notre Dame High School and St. Jude and helps provide funds for tuition support for all three. The first seats will be filled by table sponsors, so if you would  like to have a reserved 10-top table with your friends, gather your group and submit your sponsor form before January 6, when individual  ticket sales will open to the public. With only 500 seats available for all three schools, you do not want to delay! For more information or to print sponsorship forms, go to www.ChattiGras.com or the www.myolph.com website. If you can help by soliciting a donation an item for the auction, please come to the Development office to pick up a letter of request and/or a contract that will serve as a receipt for tax purposes. 3.      Geography Bee - Congratulations to our geography bee winner - Matthew Laws.  Also, great job to our second place finalist - Bennett Brinson and third place finalist Georgia Wolf.  All participants gave a fantastic effort.

·        Knights of Columbus Council #6099 to Sponsor Youth Free Throw Contest - All boys and girls ages 9 – 14 are invited in the local level of competition for the 2016-2017 Knights of Columbus Free Throw Contest. The local competition will be held on January 7, 2017 (Saturday), 1:30 pm, at the OLPH Gym. The Knights of Columbus Free Throw Contest is sponsored annually, with winners progressing through local, district and state competitions. International champions are announced by the K of C international headquarters in New Haven, CT, based on scores from state-level competitions. All boys and girls 9 to 14 years old are eligible to participate and will compete in their respective age divisions. All contestants on the local level are recognized for their participation in the event. Participants are required to furnish proof of age and written parental consent. For entry forms or additional information, contact: Marco Salenda, Youth Director, Council #6099 (423) 509-5124 masalenda@yahoo.com. The Knights of Columbus is an international Catholic family fraternal service organization with 1.8 million members in over 15,000 local councils. Students in PreK through 5th grade along with Mrs. Carson's Musical Theatre Class will present our annual Christmas Program.  If you are in the Christmas Program please report to your homeroom teacher by 5:40 P.M.
5.      Christmas Out of Uniform - Students you can wear Christmas attire on Wednesday, December 21st.  If you choose not to wear Christmas attire you must wear your uniform.

4.      Scrip Orders - The last order for physical Scrip Cards in 2017 will be placed on Tuesday, December 13 at 9 AM. If you need gift cards for your Christmas giving, we cannot guarantee to fill your order if it is received later than this deadline. We will resume regular weekly orders on January 10. Thank for your support of our school throughout the year through the Scrip program!

2.      Daddy Daughter Dance - OLPH School presents the 1st annual Daddy Daughter Dance on Saturday, December 17th in the OLPH gym from 6:30 P.M. to 9:00 P.M.  Light refreshments, finger foods, dancing and a DJ included! Girls from Pre-K through 8th grade are cordially invited to a magical evening. Girls may be escorted by Dad, Grandpa, Uncle, etc. Photo Keepsake included! It’s going to be a really special evening. We hope you can join us! Tickets are $25 per couple with a maximum of $35 per family. Invitations will be going home soon with a sign up deadline of December 1st. 3.      Breakfast With Santa - BREAKFAST WITH SANTA - This OLPH annual family event is scheduled for December 3, 2016.  The first picture sitting is at 7:00 am and the last picture sitting is at 11:00.  Breakfast will be served beginning at 7:30 am.  The price is $10 per person or $50 maximum per family.  This includes a full breakfast buffet, crafts and games in the gym and your families picture with Santa along with full rights to the pictures and a 4x6 printout of your picture.  Your designated sign-up time is when you are to get your picture made.  Breakfast can be eaten anytime between 7:30am-11:00am.  Below is the link to sign-up for your designated picture spot, breakfast spot or volunteer time.  There is room for 63 families so please signup. There are also spots to sign-up for volunteering the night before or the day of.  You do get PIP hours for this.  If you would like to volunteer, sign up on the Volunteer spot link below. http://signup.com/go/pi8s7m        
4.      Middle School Dance - Middle School Winter Dance! Come out for a magical evening at the Covey Creek Farms! Dress to impress in your best semi-formal attire. Enjoy dancing and light refreshments. December 3rd, 7:00 to 10:00. 2855 Cloud Springs Rd. Rossville, GA. Cost for this dance will be $12.00.
5.      Book Fair - The Scholastic Book Fair is a great event that students always look forward to! It is also a great fundraiser to provide new books for our library.  Set-up will be on Thursday and Friday, December 1-2 and the Book Fair will be open during Breakfast with Santa.
