Yearbook - Would you like to commemorate your
student's special year, let everyone know that your business supports OLPH
School, or give a shout out to a special teacher? Forms available at the school
office. Your support helps us to offset the cost of the yearbook for everyone,
but you will need to get your form, payment, and pictures in soon, as we need

Home and School Reception - ATTENTION EVERYONE!!!!
We are going to be having a Home and School Meeting on May 22nd from 5:30-7 in the school gym. This is going to be a get together so that anyone that would like to can celebrate the memories that some of our prized teachers have had here at OLPH. Leslie Fox, Patti Morrison and Karen Carden will be retiring and we want to celebrate them!! Hope to see everyone there!!!! ALL ARE INVITED!

Summer Office Hours - The School Office Hours for the summer are
Wednesday's 9:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M.

God Camp - It's
time to sign your children up for God Camps this summer. Registrations went
home this week with your children. Incoming 7th and 8th graders are at Reach,
June 24-27 and incoming 5th and 6th graders are at Discover, June 27-29.
Both held at Harrison Bay State Park at their Group Camp. Youth will be staying
in cabins with 3 of their friends and 2 high school leaders. For more

Tables for Sale - We have 44 round wooden banquet tables to
sell. You may purchase 1 or as many as
you like. All offers will be considered.

Volunteer Reception - We invite
anyone who has volunteered this school year in any capacity at OLPH School to
join us for light snacks and adult beverages on Thursday, May 23, from
6 - 7:30 pm in the Parish Life Center as we honor YOU, our volunteers.
Our incoming Principal, Mr. Paul Jette will also be introduced during this
event. No Children, please!

PIP Hours -2018-2019 PIP Hours: If you have not entered all of your PIP hours into
ParentsWeb for this school year, please do so immediately! Each family is
expected to finish 8 hours per student, with a maximum requirement of 20 for a
family. We ask that you make up for any shortage with a payment of $10 per hour
to the OLPH Annual Fund. Contact Cissy West with any questions or if you are
having difficulty entering your hour
